WHATCOMBE RACING SYNDICATE
Become involved in a racing syndicate
Whatcombe Racing is putting together a small group to share in the ownership of a potentially exciting 2 year old called Gordounston. The horse will be owned through a share or shares in a racing syndicate; the advantage of a structure like this is that the syndicate shareholders enjoy racing at an all in price at a fraction of the cost.
Whatcombe Racing provides a full management service; keeping in contact by telephone and email, sending photographs and videos of the horses progress in training, as well as arranging regular visits to experience work on the gallops a nice breakfast and to discuss the horses running plans.

Gordounston is colt by Gleneagles, with a price tag of £19,000 from the Tattersalls December Yearling Sale .
A COMMENT FROM OLIVER COLE: "Having stood by the ring all day, we thought that this horse was one of the nicest physical specimens. He is the quintessential 2 year old model, powerfully built, well balanced, correct, a loose mover and not overly big. He looks fast and should be racing early on in the season.
SIRE: Gleneagles himself a 5 time Group 1 winner with an ultimate stallions pedigree, his first runners were last year and he got off to an excellent start having already sired the Group 2 July States winner Royal Lytham and the Group 2 Royal Lodge winner Royal Dornoch to name a couple.
DAM: Elusive Girl has produced 1 winner from 1 runner trained by John Gosden by Camelot called Msayyan who himself cost 200,000 Guineas as a yearling. Elusive Girl is a half sister to The Ascot Summer Mile winner (Group 2), Queen Anne 2nd (Group 1), Park Stakes 2nd (Group 2) , Diamond Jubilee (Group 1) and Lockinge Stakes 3rd (Group 1) Aljamaaheer. She is also related to the Dee Stakes third (Group 3) Tinkertown who was trained here and looks very much like Gordounston.
We are syndicating him out for all in cost.
